These Terms of Service ("Terms of Service") constitute a binding and enforceable legal contract between AtomX Pay Inc. (United States) and AtomX Pay Private Limited (India) (collectively referred to as "Company", "AtomX Pay", "we", "us", or "our"), and any end user of the Services ("you", "user", "your").
These Terms contain important information about your legal rights and obligations. They also contain a disclaimer of warranty, limitation of liability provisions, and risk disclosures relating to digital assets and stablecoins.
01 About These Terms of Service
The Platform provides you with access to cross-border payment facilitation, stablecoin-based settlement infrastructure, digital asset conversion services limited to approved stablecoins, and related foreign exchange and payout services.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms of Service and all policies incorporated herein by reference. Commencing use of the Services makes these Terms legally binding upon you.
02 Accounts
To use the Services, you must register for an account and provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
03 Services
We enable users to initiate international payment orders and obtain exchange rate quotes. Transactions may involve fiat currency and approved stablecoins. We process requests through our licensed banking partners, money service businesses, and liquidity providers.
You agree to be subject to due diligence checks, including KYC, AML, CTF, and sanctions screening. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of AtomX Pay and our Payment Partners.
04 Restricted Activities
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful activities, including fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or circumventing transaction limits. We may suspend or close accounts suspected of engaging in restricted activities.
05 Transaction Terms
Exchange rates include a disclosed margin. By confirming a transaction, you accept the rate and associated fees. We reserve the right to impose transaction limits and reject transactions that do not comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AtomX Pay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant transaction.
08 Intellectual Property
AtomX Pay owns all rights, title, and interest in the Platform. You are granted a limited, revocable license for permitted purposes only.
